These Are Anasazi Beans

Here is a picture of Anasazi beans like the ones Ms. Denny will be cooking for the feast on Wednesday. When you cook the beans, they lose their color and look kind of pinkish. These beans taste a little sweet compared to other beans. Ms. Denny will make the beans taste really good.
